• Kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, iron and small ironing board, fridge, freezer, pans, crockery and cutlery etc.
• Upstairs living and dining area complete with HD TV, dvd with a selection of dvds for your viewing, freesat for your entertainment. IPOD docking station. Dining area that seats six comfortably. French doors leading onto a small covered balcony which is the ideal place to view some of the lovely scenery, watch the local wildlife or just to simply enjoy reading your favourite book.

Our accommodation includes a bathmat, bath sheets and hand towels, bedlinen, dish towels and oven gloves. Telephone is a BT Anytime Package and is for UK landlines only. Free Wi-fi. For your arrival we have a small welcome tray for you with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine.

Outside we have a washing line for your use and a picnic bench for you to enjoy your meals in the sun.

Reasonable use of electricity, gas and oil central heating are also included in the rental costs.

Sorry we are strictly non smoking and we do not allow pets.
